The Villa
Plot 1213 Kira Rd, Kampala, Uganda
About The Villa
Tucked away along Kira Road, The Villa has quietly grown into one of the most reliable spots for a proper night out in the city. The space itself is striking, blending a sleek black and gold VIP lounge with an open-air seating layout lit up just enough to feel like you are dining right under the stars. It is the kind of place where you pull in without stressing about where to leave your car, knowing the parking is secure and ample from the moment you arrive.
Evenings here span a wide rhythm, whether you are settling in for a quiet family dinner or chasing the energy of a live band. Mondays belong to the Abeeka Band, turning what is usually a dull start to the week into a lively affair, while later nights bring out everything from hearty platters of grilled pork and glazed ribs to steady rounds of cocktails at the bar. The service stays warm and attentive, even when the crowd swells for a big match or a packed mid-week show.
It works just as well for an unplanned evening catching up over cold drinks as it does for a celebratory Friday night out. You wander in for a quick bite, and before you know it, you are lingering well past midnight, caught up in the easygoing pulse of the place.

Great place. The live band with Abeeka Band every Monday is a must try. The atmosphere is great, good people. All the waiters and bouncers are friendly. Highly recommend!

It’s a very nice place to spend a date or an evening with your family and beloved ones. Nice ambiance and music. Varieties of food and drinks. They have nice pork and other grills. The place is not very far but also accessible from the Northern Bypass. They have enough parking and the parking is safe. Food was tasty in my experience. The portions were decent. They don’t allow you from the entry checking to carry a bottle of water or any food stuff from outside which you don’t have to do as you are going to dine in. Take away also possible. Waiting time was also decent. They have also local fishes well prepared. Good staff who are friendly, jovial and welcoming. Overall i like this place. There were restless mosquitoes around us and attacking our legs the day we went. It may not be there. Some repellent can be used always towards evenings mostly. Thumbs up for this place anyway.

Arguably the best place to hang out. Top-notch customer care. I arrived late just to catch the Newcastle vs Liverpool match. The waitress went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfy place to watch the match.

The villa is the place you have to visit. I reckon its the best designed hangout in Kampala. It boasts ample parking, VIP lounge having a black and gold interior layout with furniture to match, spacious restaurant, Open space seating area decorated with disco lights which give you an illusion that you are seated under the stars 🌟 I give it whoever was hired to remodel the place because no detail was left behind. 😉 The washrooms are well maintained with someone cleaning after use. Security is top notch. They have some of the biggest security personnel I have ever seen😁 The crowd is so lit and lively that you will struggle to find where to seat. The DJ booth is designed with glittering lights that surely elevates your mood before he plays a single tune. Food and drinks are premiumly priced but the taste and presentation are worthy every cent. Glad I made a new friend at the end ☺️

Great place for grabbing food with your family and friends. Food was wonderful and a lot. The service by Jane was great. Not very much a kid friendly place but our kids enjoyed. Will definitely visit again.
