The Bench Restaurant

I was recommended by a friend. I love a margarita and theirs was beyond perfect. I opted for Nile Perch which was the freshest and not at all fishy. My friend asked for jollof pasta and he loved it. They have continental, Ugandan and Wes African dishes. The hostess Jus is very lovely and easily adjusts to your needs. I highly recommend this restaurant.

It’s located just on the main road. I’m very easy to find there was a staff to guide us to the packing and then the manager there she was very friendly very welcoming. We had some nice margaritas and cocktails. And some appetizers but I definitely go back to try the food again. The toilets weren’t working so you had to use a flashlight, but other than that aesthetic is very lovely.

The customer care was top notch. They were able to separate one meal we had ordered for the kids into 2 different plates which I found really thoughtful. They did the same for the milkshake which the kids really enjoyed. The salad served with the food was really tasty. Also found the prices reasonable.

One of my favorite restaurants on this side of Kampala. Really consistent food quality and options to choose from, I would highly recommend stopping here to try out their menu. Also they have good Cocktails.
