I had such a lovely experience at Dim the Lights. The food was absolutely delicious and served promptly, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The ambience is stunning—beautifully set with great music that perfectly complements the atmosphere. Altogether, it creates an incredible vibe that’s both relaxing and vibrant. It’s truly a gem and definitely worth visiting over and over!

This place has real potential as it's nice interior and money spent on it. However the chef is terrible and lack of dishes. Majority of the menu isn't available. They will tell you it's available and bring you something else Instead. I tried the place twice the same thing happened. The last visit was very insulting towards me. I ordered a katsu with peanut sauce. They first brought me the dish without peanut sauce and gave me a sauced based on royco, this isn't what i ordered, I spoke to the waitress and they took the sauce away and then brought be garlic mayonnaise instead, I said sorry this isn't peanut sauce, so she took it away and then they brought back out the Royce based sauce but added some hot water to it. So at this point I gave up stood up and walked out without paying for the meal as I didn't eat it. The rest of the meal had went cold at this point as well. I spoke to the manager he said he would fix the issues going forward. I went through the menu with him and majority of the dishes weren't available or only half of the meal available. This is shocking. I was going to go back for a third visit but decided just to give up. I won't be back.

I have been to Dim The Light Restaurant four times now, and it has always been on a Saturday. First and foremost, I absolutely love the ambiance. The atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and perfect for a good time out. Secondly, I love the way the waiters attend to us — always smiling and very welcoming. Interestingly, every time I have visited, there is a beautiful lady called Quin who attends to us. She is kind, friendly, and always smiling, which has made us feel comfortable and keeps us wanting to come back. And the food… wooow! I especially love the pork and the pizza. Absolutely delicious. Kudos to Dim The Light Restaurant. Kudos to Quin for the amazing hospitality.

I love this place. It's comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and surprisingly quite quiet. It was a beautiful atmosphere to be in, and the service was amazing. However, saying that, I wasn't all that impressed with the food once we'd ordered. I'm probably just being picky, but the food tasted like it had just been defrosted and microwaved. It was a little disappointing but overall a lovely place.
